- Orders under $50: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for most US locations
- 5-7 business days for remote areas

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Need to update your address? Contact us immediately at info@stickerchef.com - we can only change addresses before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Package Not Arrived?
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office

Damaged in Transit?
- All orders are insured
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours: info@stickerchef.com
- We'll send a replacement at no charge
Order Issues
Wrong item received? Contact us immediately with photos at info@stickerchef.com and we'll make it right.
Missing items? Check your packing slip and contact us within 7 days if anything is missing.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak seasons (summer for RV decals), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you of any delays.
