Processing Time
Every order is made to order in 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We primarily ship via UPS for fast, reliable delivery.
Some orders may ship via:
- USPS Priority Mail
- FedEx
All shipments include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Shipping Rates
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more
- Orders under $75: flat $7.95
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for most US locations
- 5-7 business days for remote areas
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Need to update your address? Contact us right away at info@stickerchef.com. We can only change addresses before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Package Not Arrived?
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office
- Contact us within 7 days: info@stickerchef.com
Damaged in Transit?
- All orders are insured
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours: info@stickerchef.com
- We'll send a replacement at no charge
Order Issues
Wrong item received? Contact us right away with photos at info@stickerchef.com and we'll make it right.
Missing items? Check your packing slip and contact us within 7 days if anything is missing.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak seasons (summer for RV decals), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll let you know about any delays.
