All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are shipping USPS First Class and Priority Mail. They are running behind and a little slow still. Please note your package may have a delivery time of 2 weeks.
We are not shipping outside of the USA at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DECALS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM INSTALLLING. WE NEED A PICTURE THAT THE DECAL DID NOT WORK FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your purchase back to us. Shipping to be paid by purchaser.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
